FAQ
Why would I need a license?
A license is needed if you want to use the music for anything else than just listening for your pleasure. Typical uses are
  • freestyling over a beat
  • licensing music for use in TV or for a movie
  • remixing or use audio samples
What are the license options and what are the differences between those?
We offer up to 5 license templates (Basic, Premium, Track Out, Unlimited, Exclusive) and it's up to the artist which ones he/she wants to make available. Each license comes with different perks. In general, the higher the price, the better the perks.
You can click on each feature on the left side of the comparison chart above to learn more about each one.
When will I get the track I purchased?
You can download all related files immediately after your purchase. We also email you a one-time download link for a download later.
How can I remove the audio tag from the track?
A "tagged beat" is a demonstration version of an instrumental that contains distinct audio watermarks that typically play throughout the entire track. The purpose of a producer tagging his/her instrumental is to prevent piracy and to encourage serious recording artists to purchase a license.
To get a tag-free audio please make sure you purchase a license which features "untagged audio".
I purchased a $1 download, why is the beat still tagged?
Beats purchased for $1 in our store are meant for streaming and demo use only, just like downloads from iTunes store or Amazon music.
To license a beat without audio tag and to use in a professional manner please buy a license from this page. Usually those are $25 and up.
What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.
The Stem file also usually includes the original stereo master of the track for standard playback.
Why would I need a stem / trackout file?
A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.
Tre'cee Artis (born July 28th, 1992) better known by his stage name DJ TNT, is an American Hip- Hop DJ and producer born in Buffalo, New York. Growing up aside from video games, he loved to play with sounds, cassette decks and radio stations.
Band/artist history
While moving around with his family he learned about different genres of music, culture and the influence music has on people. DJ TNT got his start at the age of 14, while living in Maine his father (DJ Teddyb) brought him into the club nightlife scene (East Coast Rap & Top 40) and helped him land his first residency in the year of 2008, while attending high school. In 2011, after finishing school DJ TNT moved to Oakland, California to continue chasing his dream. He was not afraid of the change in diversity or music and made friends networking in the music industry. Hearing the new West Coast Bay Area sound he fell in love and felt inspired to be apart of the culture. In 2013, to help provide a platform for independent and upcoming artists, DJ TNT started hosting radio shows showcasing new music and interviews. From there DJ TNT started landing Bay Area gigs by just being around when needed, helping promote, fixing sound issues at events, and knowing how to read the crowd. Over the years, DJ TNT has hosted various artists mixtapes, as well as his own through online platforms Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and Datpiff. In 2015, he started producing records with independent and upcoming artists, which began getting noticed by popular Bay Area blogs.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Since then, DJ TNT has played countless parties and got to rock the stage alongside artists such as San Quinn, Nef Tha Pharoah, Mistah Fab, RBL Posse, Rayven Justice, The Rejektz, Kool John, Young Gully, Clyde Carson, D-Lo, Dru Down and many more. DJ TNT has been on different tours from California through the Pacific Northwest with artists such as J.Lately, Willie Joe, That Boy Tyson, Lil Yase, Word Up, Dope City Saints, Allendale Chizle and OMAYGA. His most memorable moment is playing at the Monte Carlo Casino Ballroom in Las Vegas for the Dallas Cowboys NFL fan fest. Recently he has played in quite a few festivals including Day N Nite Festival(2016) in Los Angeles with Lil Yase, Rolling Loud Bay Area (2019) with Lil Blood, Hiero Day(2018) in Oakland with Wordup, and again in 2019 with Griselda (Conway the Machine & Benny the Butcher). Playing at Rolling Loud was a special memory because DJ TNT got to drop his record ''Further'' in his set and see the crowd response.
Your musical influences
My dad DJ TeddyB (RIP) was a major influence on me growing up as an adult. My other influences come from mostly independent artists who have the passion to get further in their careers and have that same hunger I did as a upcoming DJ. However I do have some mainstream influence from the 90's-2000's Hip-Hop and R&B.
