The joy of making music together is what keeps the us ticking as a band. We are not the least bit interested in fame and acclaim, but rather we think of ourselves as the village band, like in times past when live-music was just a part of community life. Good fun and great tunes is at the heart of what Bellow Bridge is all about.
Band/artist history
Why Bellow Bridge? In the hunt for a name that every band goes through, we tried on many for size, but nothing quite fit. Eventually we found inspiration from the instruments we play. The bellows of the Accordion and Uilleann Pipes, and the bridge of the Guitar and Mandolin. The four instruments that make up the core sound of the group.
